COMMISSION TO PROVIDE APPEALS AND COMPLAINTS OF PUBLIC SERVANTS
The Public Service Commission intends to make some appeals and complaints lodged by public servants who are dissatisfied with the decision made by employers and their disciplinary authorities.
According to a statement issued by the Commission it has been stated that the appeals and complaints lodged by employers and their disciplinary authorities will be decided by the Commission at meeting number 1 of the financial year 2020/2021 which started today September 21 and concluded October 2020 in Dar es Salaam.
In addition, the report stated that other activities that will take place at the meeting include receiving and discussing reports on the implementation of the Commission’s responsibilities for the third quarter (January to March) and the fourth quarter (April to June) for the 2019/2020 financial year .
The report also stated that the Commission is performing its duties in accordance with section 10 (1) of the Public Service Act chapter 298.
