Position status: Full-time
Contract : Fixed term
Location : Dar Es Salaam

Prepare meals for MSF Staff, according to hygiene standards and security rules, in order to ensure their nutritional needs

Prepare diversified menus

Carry out the preparation of meals for staff (international and national)

Follow at all times all hygiene standards and security rules

Control stock of food, prepare shopping list and make purchases if required

Ensure cleanliness of all facilities, utensils and equipment

Keep an inventory of MSF kitchen utensils and equipment

Report all important information

Minimum Education: Literacy essential, course on cooking desirable.
Experience: Previous experience in an international environment
Languages: Swahili and English
Competences: commitment, flexibility, results oriented, service orientation
