JOB DESCRIPTION
-sourcing talent (using in-house database and outside channels)
-Conducting Telephone Screening
-Attend exciting networking events, and will gradually build your career to becoming a successful consultant.
-Assisting with Interviewing of Candidates and Setting up of Interviews
-Conducting Database and Internet Search
-Assisting with Reference Checking of Candidates
-Assisting Job Seekers with the Registration Process
-Identify new business opportunities
-Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
-Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
-Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates

Qualifications Marketing, Sales or Business Adminstration/Management
Software ICT literate with accurate keyboard skills

Personality Driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
Other Confident and persuasive communicator, Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
