Digital Products Development Manager
Job Location: Dar es Salaam
Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree
Required Experience: At least 6+ years
Job Purpose
To
develop product and business of digital services (online services,
ecommerce, mobile money, mobile payments, digital acquiring, mobile
lending, etc.) and ajira increase revenue, functionality, usage and retention.
Job Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Bsc. Computer Science, business administration, banking, and finance or related studies
- Professional Qualification in Product Management, Project Management, AGILE Practices is ad added advantage
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an added advantage
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking
- 3 Years in Product Development & Management is essential
Card Business Manager
Job Location: Dar es Salaam
Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree
Required Experience: At least 5+ years
Job Purpose
To
drive and provide coordination to sales strategies and plans for card
(acquiring and issuing) business by establishing new business portfolio,
relationship management and customer retention. Also manage
support/sales team on offering and maintaining quality of services to
card products.
Job Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Banking/Finance or equivalent
- Relevant professional qualification in merchant acquiring and card issuing is an added advantage
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking
- 3 Years in card business is essential
Organization Excellence Manager
Job Location: Dar es Salaam
Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree
Required Experience: At least 4+ years
Job Purpose
To use the best management practices common to high-performing organizations
Job Qualifications/Experience
- A university degree in social sciences, Business Administration, Project management, and or any related field.
- A postgraduate degree/Masters of the same in Business and or Project Management is an added advantage.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience ajira of which 2 should be in Project Management is an added advantage.
- Thorough understanding of principles, practices, and Techniques in Organizational development and management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, etc

Zonal Channels Manager
Job Location: Arusha
Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree
Required Experience: At least 3+ years

To
drive the channels business in Arusha and Moshi by establishing new
business portfolio, relationship management and retention of customers
on digital channels.
Job Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor degree in Banking/Finance or ajira equivalent from any recognized institution
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an added advantage
- Professional Qualifications: Merchant Acquiring and card background is an added advantage
- At least 3 years of banking experience
