Vacancy title: Human Resources and Administrative Manager
Duties and responsibility
• Work structure by reviewing, updating and communicate job planning,
descriptions, expectations, scheduling, coaching and mentoring of staff.
• Legal framework and compliance to the labor laws requirements, including;
handling all hearings and disciplinary issues, scheduling management
conferences and bargaining with employees; resolving employee grievances and
engaging on counseling’s.
• Positive working environment and employee relations practices necessary to
promote a high level of employee morale, engagement and motivation.
• Recruitment and selection
• Employees Compensations, benefits, retirement plans and performance.
• Development plan of the organization.
• HR files, paperwork, periodic reconciliation of benefits and payroll
management
• HR policies and procedures and periodic updates to employee handbook.
• Manage day-to-day office operations and logistics
• Formal Communications to the public and to the employees.
• Support to the executive leadership.
• Relationship with facilities management.
• Outsourced vendor services for operational requirements.
• Clean and Hygienic environment.
• Prepare periodic reports and advice to the line manager and the management
in general on the best practice of human resources.
• Flexibility to team support
Qualifications
• Degree in human resources and administration or any other related expertise
• At least three years of experience in human resources in manufacturing
industry
• Fluently in English and Swahili
• Computer literacy
