Roles and Responsibilities
• Mapping up all possible segments that we are likely to offer services to and present a concrete annual, quarterly plans in tapping into them.
• Working with various stakeholders both internal and external in updating and redesigning company profile, website, emailers, newsletters and management of social media channels
• Organizing client focused events intended to enhance our client’s loyalty and showcasing our new product and service
• S/he neeeds to presents account plans to senior management for approval and commitment.
• S/he will be working closely with customer facing staff when explaining clients’ needs and motivating them to provide the highest service standards.
• Responsible for identifying opportunities for selling new products to companies.
• S/he needs to build relationship with clients, based on trust and value, for overcoming issues of price and creating strong barriers to competition.
Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor of degree in Business Management or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
• At least 2 years experience
• Possess strong communication and coordination skills
