WHAT THIS JOB IS ABOUT
An internship at Mobisol Tanzania is a great opportunity to start your career in an international company. Interns join us regularly for a period of three to six months. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to learn about different departments and processes at Mobisol Tanzania, and afterwards contribute to the work of one specific team.

YOUR TASKS
The tasks during your internship depend on your level of experience, your skills and interests, and the current needs of the team you are supporting. The first weeks of your placement, you will observe and learn from different Mobisol colleagues on-the-job. Once you are fit to take over own responsibilities, your supervisor will design a list of activities with you.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree of a university, vocational school or a comparable education institution
• Practical work or project experience in your field of studies
• Basic knowledge of computer applications like Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Good level of English and Swahili
• Interest in the solar sector and the work of Mobisol
• Reliability and commitment to the assigned tasks
• Ability to learn fast, and to ask good questions

WHAT THIS JOB IS ABOUT
The Mobishop Department provides a professional interface between Mobisol and its customer to operate and administer the sales. The Mobishop Operator is responsible for the Mobishop performance including handover, inventory and the appearance of the hub.

YOUR TASKS
• Providing information to customers about Mobisol products and services and the appropriate use of the Solar Home System (SHS)
• Completing the customer qualification check via the Mtawi online application
• Filling in and explaining the customer contract, and ensuring required documents are valid and complete
• Finalizing sales through the physical handover and its documentation using Mtawi
• Providing IT contact information for customer to arrange appointment for the SHS installation
• Explaining after-sales service to the customer
• Displaying SHS and appliances as instructed and ensuring a shop appearance in line with guidelines
• Organizing all documents in designated folders (logistics documents and customer contract)
• Reporting Mobishop expenses to Mobishop Team Leader and physical stocktaking (monthly)
• Updating the inventory (daily) and reporting it to the Mobishop Team Leader and the Logistics Department

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• At least one (1) year of working experience in a customer service, retail or related field
• University degree/diploma in business administration or related field is a must
• Very good communication skills both in English and Swahili
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Greater attention to details
• Ability to learn and adapt to a fast-evolving working environment
• Excellent computer skills especially in using Microsoft Excel and databases
• Willingness to travel in geographic area assigned
