Description
Reporting to : FMT MANAGER
To plan all daily and routine maintenances tasks and to make sure all work orders (job cards) are logged and follow up on parts required.
To prepare all preventive maintenance schedule for daily ,weekly, monthly and yearly and ensure availability of critical parts
To direct and supervise all activities signed to supervisor, foreman in each action of FMT depart as per recommend
To follow up implementation of main schedules by visiting each sections and attending job progress meetings to get feedback and action plan
To receive all completed check list /job cards and adjust schedules as required and to ensure to updates outstanding main works as back logs
To arrange and to monitor all the predictive component change & overhauls for the equipments /machines
Checks work lists received from various sections and prepares complied work scope for breakdown including work orders in backlog.
Participates to preparation of various maintenance reports on a regular and planned basis. The reports include daily down time reports a monthly manpower utilization report, detailed backlog report and performance reports
To follows up with section supervisor on the detailed preparation of material required and support services requirements
Prepare preliminary estimates of the duration and manpower requirements ,obtains details of manpower/equipment availability, up an overall plan and issues to sections concerned
