The government to employ 3033 Graduate Teachers on primary and secondary schools

The government intends to employ 92 Graduate Teachers and 174 Diploma Studies, Mathematics, Agriculture and Business for Secondary Schools and 2,767 Certificates of Certificate for Basic Schools.
Applicants for secondary schools should be qualified teacher training in 2016 or before, and those in Basic Schools should be qualified for their training in 2014 or before.

Qualifications of applicants:

For Secondary Teachers :

  • Bachelor of Education (Bachelor with Education) or Bachelor of Teaching (Bachelor of Education) with one subject of instruction or more or Bachelor Non-Teaching / Education with one subject of instruction or more with a Graduate Diploma of Education (Postgraduate Diploma in Education ) from the Universities of Higher Education recognized by the Government. Teaching subjects are among Physics, Mathematics, Agriculture or busness.
  • Diploma in Teaching in the studies identified in item no. 2.1 (i) above.
  • Form six Certificate
  • Form Four Certificate 
For primary schools Teachers:
  • Certificate in Teaching issued by Government recognized institution
  • Form Four certificate ( Form six Certificate will be given priority).
HOW TO APPLY

  • Application should be submitted via Post Office through the Registry (EMS). On the envelope Should be handwritten as  "Maombi ya Kazi ya Ualimu - Sekondari au Maombi ya Kazi ya Ualimu - Msingi".
  • Applicant should attach a Certificate Certified by the Attorney together  with the "Transcript".
  • NB:  The handwritten letters will not be received.

Other issues to consider:
The applicant should write his all three names. If the Certificates have two names, a legal mechanism to raise the name considered. Applicant should attach a copy of the birth certificate.
