HR Officer- Dar es Salaam

Job Purpose:
Under the direct supervision of the HR and Admin Manager, the
Administration Coordinator coordinates and oversees day to day
Administration activities of the organization, overall management of
organization assets and equipment, fleet management, and property and
facilities, utilities and travel at the Head office and field offices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the administrative services for the entire organizationDevelop and maintain database for all suppliers of administration departmentEnsure that lease agreements are up to date for all PSI Tanzania offices country wide and properly kept in a data baseResponsible for Management of stationary and utilities expenditures at the head office and field offices.Ensure PSI Tanzania complies with expatriate housing policyFacilitate house search to all new expatriate employees in the countryEnsure that all utility bills are paid timely including monthly updates and payments of staff air time.Ensure proper management of the security company that provides services at PSI Offices.Work with procurement department to procure new service and or renewal of service agreementsPrepare maintenance schedule and ensure its implementationConduct a due diligence process by review spare parts quotes and advise the managementAssist on planning and controlling the daily movement of Vehicles using PSI available toolsAssist on drawing training program for new and old drivers in view of performance improvement.Ensuring that all Vehicles are running within stipulated Government Regulations such as, Insurance Cover etc.Ensure offices, warehouse, Funitures, Vehicles and other property and asset acquisition to meet the needs and requirements and also disposal of all not needed and deteriorated assets or properties.Manage Head office and field office inventory by maintaining updated information in collaboration with ROMs for Regional offices and propose disposal where necessary.Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of office and warehouse surrounding environmentEnsure that all PSI properties are correctly valued , insured and premium paid accordinglResponsible for follow up of all TRA tax exemption and ensure exemption certificate is in placeWork with finance and procurement department to ensure clearance of
PSI goods whenever needed

Academic and Professional Qualification

Bachelor degree in Administration, HR or Logistics4 years’ experience in administration dutiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience of managing a teamExperience in fleet management will be an added advantage.Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and SwahiliAbility to work efficiently and quickly in a fast paced environment

Driver - Njombe & Mara

Description
Responsible for assisting ZOM and or ROM and Zonal and regional teams in
implementation of PSI activities also ensures safety and maintenance of
vehicle, goods and passengers.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support other PSI staff in implementation of authorized activities in line with PSI policiesEnsure that PSI products reach the designated destination in a recommended conditionAssist to open new sales outlets and uplifting of RH productsEnsure that at all times vehicles is cleaned and in good running conditionCarry out inspections before and after official journey in order to detect defects which must be reported for immediate repairDrive vehicles in a professional and safe manner to safeguard passengers, goods/commodities and vehicle. In case of emergency proper reporting and recording of incidence should be done as per policy.Ensure that all vehicle road user, registration, certificates and logbooks are up to date and displayed as appropriate.Observe speed recommended by PSI and parking time.Ongoing Transfer fleet knowledge to passengers using his/her vehicles for different purposeKeep and maintaining the log book including recording all trips made as described in the log book and make them same available for inspection by a designated officer.

Professional Qualification and experience

Minimum 0 level Certificate of secondary educationMinimum three years of experience in similar position.Clean class C, D or E Driving Licence.
