Job Description
-Oversee all financial management, compliance requirements, and fiscal responsibilities
-Ensure accuracy and timeliness across all financial record keeping and payments to company's stakeholders
-Work with the General Manager of Tanzania and company's Head Office on oversight on the Tanzania budget, cost control, and management accounts
-Work with company's Global to manage the overall cash flow in Tanzania
-Manage mobile money receipts and payments platform, ensuring controllership and accuracy in processing and invoicing
-Continue to enhance ERP (MS Dynamic AX) functionality to improve efficiency in transaction processing and monthly closure
-Awareness of changes to local Tax rules and other governance matters which may impact company's in the future.
-Maintenance of Tanzania books of accounts on company's management accounting system
-Monthly preparation of statutory and management accounts for consolidation including variance analysis
-Controllership, administration, and accounting for local payments
-Oversee the procurement function of the business
-Oversee the company payroll and the financial component of contract administration
-Preparation, submission, and payment of all Tanzania statutory submissions including VAT, WT, Annual Returns, Payroll Taxes, etc
-Assist and advise group management on rapid scaling of Tanzania finance capability and split between local and centralized functions

Qualifications CPA, ACCA
