MARKETING MANAGER – FLORICULTURE BUSINESS COMPANY

A group companies engaged in the floriculture business and based in Moshi Tanzania is seeking to recruit a suitable individual to fill the vacancy for the marketing manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
i.    Managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising and promotional activities in Europe, Japanese and new markets
ii.    Communicating with the clients in Europe Japan and other export markets
iii.    Analyzing current market in situation and competitors
iv.    Conducting market  research to determine market requirement for existing and future flower products
v.    Planning and booking of all flower import/export activities
vi.    Overseeing the completion of paperwork and financial transactions associated with international distributions
vii.    Allocating the freight space and selecting the most efficient and cost effective means of transport

Candidate applying for the position must have the following academic and professional qualifications
-    Should have a minimum of 5 years working o proven experience
-    Should be experience in both marketing and research management
-    Must possess the  ability to analyses market information’s and develop appropriates strategies
-    Should be honest confident and self-motivated and must possess the demonstrated ability to work systematically and diligently
-    Should have proven ability to develop and maintain relationship with the people from the  different cultures & backgrounds
