EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AT LARRRINAFASI YA KAZI / AJIRA  LAND RIGHTS RESEARCH & RESOURCES INSTITUTE - TANZANIA, MAY 2017

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide overall conceptual and strategic leadership of the Institute.Direct and manage the overall programs and operations of the Institute Prepare annual plans and budgetsPrepare annual work and financial reports Coordinate, supervise, and support Program Officers duties and activitiesServe as Spokesperson of the Institute

Qualifications:

A minimum of Second University degree in Social Sciences (M.A or LL. M degree) from a recognized University.Three to four years experience in senior or similar management positionEvidence of research and readership in human and peoples right issuesKnowledge of the land tenure system in Tanzania and its supporting policies and instruments.Evidence of commitment on the cause of the marginalizedExcellent writing and communication skills in English and KiswahiliInterpersonal SkillsBasic Computer skills, knowledge on web management will be an added advantage.
