Head of Internal Audit, Compliance and Risk Management

Job Purpose I Objectives:
Ensure prudent audit methods, systems and procedures to ensure proper and effective control systems are implemented and adhered to. Formulates and implements internal control policies and System.

Key tasks, duties and responsibilities:

Perform independent audits within the company concentrating on high risk areasDevelop and review operational and Management system, policies and Guidelines.Carry out periodical and concurrent audit reviews of processes, systems and procedures.Assessing effectives and efficiencies of control procedures in placeMaking recommendations for improvement on emerging trends and practices in internal Auditing.Ensuring continuous audit check on all operations of theAccounting system and other controls and that set procedures are complied with.Ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.Conducting regular physical stock verifications.Ensuring continuous audit check on all operations of the Accounting system and other controls and that set procedures are complied with.

Qualifications

Accounting experience for a minimum period of three (3) years.Bachelor Degree in Commerce or Business Administration (Accounting Option)Holder CPA(T) or ACCAAt least 4-6 years' experience with 2 years in a supervisory roleComputer LiterateHave outstanding professional competence in audit work as reflected in work performance.

Loan Officers

Job Purpose I Objectives:
To mobilize and. train clients, process and, disburse loans, monitor loan repayments to maintain clean portfolio.

Key tasks, duties and responsibilities:

To mobilize potential clients as per targets.Sale Tujijenge products and credit options that are available.Analyze. loan applicants' financial status, credit and property evaluation to determine feasibility of granting loans.Obtain and compile copies of loan applicant credit histories, corporate financial statement and other financial information.Review and update credit and loan files.Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy.Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customer needsDaily Monitoring of disbursed loans.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any relevant field.At least 1 year experience with related positionPreferably experience in the microfinance, banking or related industryExcellent team leadership skills, communication, organization and presentation skills
Direct Sales Officers

Job Purpose I Objectives:
Assist Regional Manager in attaining all sales goals; monitors daily sales performances and makes necessary adjustments to achieve sales budgets; monitors and ensures compliance with all company sales policies in the assigned branch.

Key tasks, duties and responsibilities:

Direct sales of Company products to prospective clients.Increase unit sales by meeting sales targets.Ensure all sales targets are achieved.Sensitization clients about Tujijenge Tanzania products.

Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree preferred in marketing, Sales or Business AdministrationAt least 1 year experience with field moving goods, insurance, banking institution.Preferably experience in the microfinance, banking, insurance or related industryExcellent team leadership skills, communication, organization and presentation skills
